You have two ways to send us your pet's photo and customization details (name, color, etc.):

Step 3: Approve Digital Proof (Within 48H)
We will create a design effect and email it to you within48 hours. Please check your email to confirm the design so we can start production!

Step 4: Production & Shipping
Once confirmed, production takes about4 days. We will then ship it to you via International Air Mail.

Step 5: After-Sales Service
If you find any transport damage upon receipt, please contact us immediately for afree replacement. (Note: Non-quality issues are not returnable).
