1. Overview
This website (www.custmake.com) is operated by Guangzhou Xinyue Yougou E-commerce Co., Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to CustMake.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Orders & Cancellation Policy
Because we offer both ready-to-ship items and highly personalized gifts, our cancellation terms depend on the product type:
Custom & Personalized Orders
For made-to-order items, we begin the production process very quickly. You may request to cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it. Once your order enters production (materials cut or engraved), cancellations are generally not accepted. If a cancellation is exceptionally granted at this stage, a 30% material fee will be deducted.
Standard / Ready-to-Ship Orders
For non-customized products (DIY kits, trending gadgets), you may cancel your order for a full refund as long as the item has not yet been dispatched to the courier.
3. User Content & Copyright
When you upload a photo or provide text for customization:
- You represent that you own the rights to the image or have permission to use it. We are not liable for any copyright infringement resulting from images provided by customers.
- Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse to process orders containing offensive, hateful, or sexually explicit content that violates our community standards.
4. Returns & Refunds Exception
Our refund rules differ by product type:
- Custom Items: Due to their personalized nature, we cannot accept returns for "change of mind" once production starts.
- Standard Items: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
If any item arrives damaged or defective, we will happily send a free replacement or offer a refund. Please refer to our full Refund Policy page for details.
5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail provided at the time the order was made.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China.
