At CustMake, we believe in a transparent shopping experience. We partner with premium international logistics providers (Special Air Lines like Yanwen and 4PX) to ensure your package arrives safely from our global dispatch center in Guangzhou, China.
We are proud to offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping for most of our customers in North America, Europe, and Oceania, meaning no surprise fees at your door!
1. Order Processing Time vs. Delivery Time
⚠️ Important: Total Wait = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Because we offer both ready-to-ship viral finds and highly personalized gifts, the processing time before your order ships will depend on what you purchase:
- Ready-to-Ship Items (DIY Kits & Trending Gadgets): Processed and dispatched within 1 - 3 Business Days.
- Custom Gifts (Made-to-Order): Due to the engraving, assembly, and strict quality checks required, personalized items need 3 - 7 Business Days to craft before shipping.
- Mixed Orders: If your order contains both custom and ready-to-ship items, we may wait to ship them together, or dispatch them in separate parcels depending on the situation.
2. Shipping Rates & Times
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $59.00 to our core delivery zones (US, UK, EU, CA, AU, JP, etc.).
For orders under $59.00, or for oversized items and remote regions, shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your package and your destination.

3. Customs & Duties
For Core Zones (US, EU, UK, Canada, Australia): We use a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping method. This means we cover all customs duties and import taxes. You will not be asked to pay extra money to the courier upon delivery.
For Other Regions (e.g., South America, Middle East, Africa, Island Nations): Local customs duties and taxes may apply upon the package's arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your Tracking Number.
Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking status to update after receiving the email. You can track your package directly on our website or via 17Track.
5. Lost Packages
If the tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office first. If the package is confirmed lost during transit before delivery, we will send a free replacement immediately.
