1. Production vs. Delivery Time

2. Shipping Rates & Times
We offerFREE Standard Shippingon orders over$59.00to our core delivery zones (US, UK, EU, CA, AU, JP, etc.).
For orders under $59.00, or for oversized items and remote regions, shipping rates arecalculated automatically at checkoutbased on the total weight of your package and your destination.

3. Customs & Duties
For Core Zones (US, EU, UK, Canada, Australia):We use a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping method. This meanswe cover all customs duties and import taxes. You will not be asked to pay extra money to the courier upon delivery.
For Other Regions (e.g., South America, Middle East, Africa, Island Nations):For certain regions, local customs duties and taxes may apply upon the package's arrival in your country.These charges are the responsibility of the customer.Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive aShipping Confirmation Emailcontaining your Tracking Number.
Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking status to update after receiving the email. You can track your package directly on our website or via 17Track.
5. Lost Packages
If the tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office first. If the package is confirmed lost during transitbeforedelivery, we will send a free replacement immediately.
