We understand that plans change. You can cancel or modify your order free of charge within 2 hours of placing it.

After 2 hours, custom orders enter the production stage, and standard orders are sent to dispatch. We generally cannot accept cancellations or changes after this window. Please double-check your spelling and address before checking out.

Shipping Time: Delivery to core regions (US, UK, EU, CA, AU) typically takes 6-15 business days after dispatch from our global center.

Customs Duties: For these core regions, we use Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping. This means we cover the customs fees, so there are no surprise charges at your door! For other regions, local duties may apply.

*Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

Our return rules differ by product type:

Standard Items (Ready-to-Ship): We accept returns for a refund within 30 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping to our local partner warehouse.

Custom Items: Because they are personalized just for you, we cannot accept returns for a "change of mind."

Damaged/Defective: If ANY item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 7 days. We will gladly send a free replacement or offer a refund immediately.

Absolutely. Your photos are used strictly for designing and manufacturing your order. We regularly delete original files from our servers after production. We will never share your personal photos on social media without your explicit permission.
