At CustMake, we've cracked the code: it's all about the wrinkles. When the ball cover has wrinkles, your dog finds a 'grip point' to sink their teeth in. A fully inflated ball with zero wrinkles is nearly impossible for teeth to catch.
Step-by-Step Installation
1. Place the bladder inside the cover and align the valve with the zipper.
2. Use the included foot pump (Blue outlet!).
3. Pump for 3-5 minutes. Be brave! The bladder is designed to expand much larger than the cover.
4. Pump until the fabric cover is absolutely smooth. No wrinkles = no biting points.
5. If the zipper won't close, let out just a tiny bit of air until it slides shut. Hide the zipper puller inside.

It only lasted a few hours. My dog ripped the nylon hacks off in 8 seconds and was able to get her teeth in the hole left by the missing handles and it popped. She had a great time while it lasted.
