This website (www.custmake.com) is operated by Guangzhou Xinyue Yougou E-commerce Co., Ltd. throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to CustMake.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Custom Orders & Cancellation Policy
Please read this section carefully as it pertains to personalized items.
Modification Window
Because our products (Projection Jewelry, Night Lights, Engraved Keychains) are made to order, we begin the production process very quickly. You may request to cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it.
Once in Production
Once your order status has changed to "In Production", it means materials have been cut, engraved, or customized specifically for you. At this stage:
- Cancellations are generally not accepted.
- If a cancellation is exceptionally granted, a 30% restocking/material fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of wasted materials.
3. User Comments, Photos & Copyright
When you upload a photo or provide text for customization:
- You represent that you own the rights to the image or have permission to use it. We are not liable for any copyright infringement resulting from images provided by customers.
- Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse to process orders containing offensive, hateful, or sexually explicit content that violates our community standards.
4. Returns & Refunds Exception
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for "Change of Mind" once the item has been shipped.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with an error in customization (made by us), we will happily send a free replacement or offer a full refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for more details.
5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail provided at the time the order was made.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China.
