1. Production vs. Delivery Time

⚠️ Important: Total Wait = Production Time + Shipping Time

Every item is Made-to-Order specifically for you. We need time to craft your unique gift before it ships.

  • Production Time: 3 - 10 Business Days (Engraving, Assembly, Quality Check).
  • Shipping Time: Depends on your region (see table below).

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $49.00.

3. Customs & Duties (We Pay For You)

Good news! We cover all customs duties and import taxes.

We use a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping method for most destinations (including the US, EU, UK, Canada, and Australia). This means:

  • No Surprise Fees: You will not be asked to pay extra money to the courier upon delivery.
  • Seamless Clearance: Your package moves through customs faster.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your Tracking Number.

Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking status to update after receiving the email. You can track your package directly on our website or via 17Track.


5. Lost Packages

If the tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office first. If the package is confirmed lost during transit before delivery, we will send a free replacement immediately.
