We understand that plans change. You can cancel or modify your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it.

After 24 hours, your order enters the production stage (design finalized or materials cut), and we can no longer accept cancellations or changes. Please double-check your spelling and photos before checking out.

Because every item is hand-crafted and personalized, please allow us some time to make it perfect for you.

1. Production Time: 3-5 business days.

This includes design, laser engraving, and quality control.

2. Shipping Time: 8-15 business days.

We use reliable international airmail for delivery. Once your package arrives in your country, it will be delivered by your local postal service (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail).

*Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time.

Because your item is custom-made just for you (with your name or photo), we cannot accept returns for \"change of mind\" or incorrect spelling provided by you.

However, if your item arrives damaged or if we made a mistake (e.g., wrong color/engraving), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send you a free replacement or a full refund immediately.

Absolutely. Your photos are used strictly for designing and manufacturing your order. We regularly delete original files from our servers after production. We will never share your personal photos on social media without your explicit permission.
