Hi, I’m Berry Chan, the founder of CustMake.
Before starting this journey, I spent years deep in the world of cross-border e-commerce, specifically managing Amazon FBA operations for the North American market. I helped ship hundreds of thousands of standard products to warehouses across the US and Canada. While successful, I often felt something was missing.
